Service support engineer at home and abroad! You enjoy working at various locations at home and abroad. This means you will have contact with many customers all over the world to build new machines, perform maintenance and provide aftercare for previously installed machines. Your days will also be filled with, among other things:
- Training on the job;
- Ensuring timely and correct administrative processing of the work carried out and declarations;
- Installation guidance: technical point of contact for customers regarding installations, scheduling and onboarding new installations, installing new machine lines on location;
- Service support: planning of commissioning, remote support during installation, planning of service engineers (including yourself), small adjustments to existing systems, both electrical and mechanical;
- Provide technical support on a daily basis, both internally and externally.
What we are looking for
- A completed Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics MBO 4+ education is a plus but not a must;
- 5+ experience as a Mechanic (mechanical and electronic);
- Mastery and knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of PLC’s;
- Willingness to travel mainly within Europe (flying is possible) +/- 35% abroad;
- You take a proactive approach in your work.
- You are friendly to colleagues and customers;
- You have at least a driving license B;
- You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one with us;
- You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one with us;
- You have the ambition to grow with us.
