Meet Our Bakers

Within the Weber Vacuum Group, we have two full-time employed (Master) bakers, both proud member of the Dutch “Boulangerie Team”. The breeding ground for bakery talent. Our bakers support you in re-designing your bakery process, to make the most of the energy-efficient, quality enhancing and time-saving vacuum “baking” technology. 

Michel Schröder

''I’m a baker for more than half my life, starting at 19 years old. My training as a baker started from practice, the theoretical background came later. This way of learning I also used for vacuum technology. Baking premium products is my passion at Weber Cooling I can use vacuum as a tool to help our customers get to a whole new level. Seeing their excitement in implementing the technology makes me happy and proud.

I’m a member of the Boulangerie team since 2012. In 2015, I won the European Bakery championship in France, and in Italy in 2020, I was awarded 1st prize in the “Bread in the City” category for the best Ciabatta, the best Pizza and the best ‘nutrition bread.''
